The List is a display of records stored in the open list file. To view available lists in the current directory, click on the List popup menu.
When you select a record for placement into the current database field from this list, the record will appear both in the Text Edit box for editing as well as the Template for placement.
The list is displayed in Alphabetical or ZIP code order. To change the list from one sort to the other, select Alphabetize or Sort by ZIP, under the Record menu.
Holding down the Control key and any letter key will move the list to the first occurance of that letter.
To print more than one record at a time, hold the shift key down and select the desired names from the list. Then select "Print".
